StarForce strengthens positions in Europe, helping more publishers to defeat pirates
StarForce, the international provider of intellectual property protection solutions, offers copy protection for the game “Keepsake”, published recently by Lighthouse Interactive.
With holiday season flying by fast, more and more game publishers were offering their best titles to the happy customers. Lighthouse Interactive, a newly emerged company from Netherlands, managed to strike gold with their first title “Keepsake”, created by the developer Wicked Studios.
An enchanting fairy tale of magic and mystery, the game tells a story of a young enchantress, who embarks on a perilous quest in a company of a shapeshifting dragon. Aspiring to reach the high standards of modern fantasy authors, this is a story of a sorcerer’s school in a truly fantastic world. Full of suspense and adventure, and at the same time completely family friendly, this title is something each parent would like to have as a gift for his children.
StarForce gladly announces that “Keepsake” by Lighthouse Interactive protected with StarForce Frontline 3.07 was released on 17 November 2005. It is available in most stores throughout Central Europe. Needless to say, the game has not been cracked since and the sales remain at the peak.
StarForce also has received a lot of positive feedback about the protection system from developers and publishers of the game. The development manager of Lighthouse Raymond Snippe says: “StarForce tools worked flawless. Keepsake has already been released in Germany and we did not have any complaints or questions about StarForce whatsoever”. This is the quality of work StarForce clients learned to expect during the long years the company stays on the market. According to the technical support head of StarForce Kirill Lazarev: “During these two weeks we received only one support call related to Keepsake. Obviously the developers and the publisher did an excellent work protecting the game!”
We are always proud to keep your copyright safe from the clutches of digital corsairs!
